"Police Dogs Keeping Your Family Safe"
Home ::

In 1995 a small group of NH K9 officers recognized the need for ongoing, consistent training. From that commitment to each other, along with the desire to help other departments that wanted to form and operate a canine unit while utilizing the most modern and effective training methods available, the Foundation was incorporated as a 501-C:3 non-profit organization to support and enhance New Hampshire Police K-9 Teams. You can read more about it in our 10th Anniversary Newsletter.

Since then we have become internationally recognized for our efforts in promoting Police/Working Dogs throughout the world.

  • Police K-9's in New England account for thousands of arrests yearly.
  • Each year they seize millions of $$ in illegal drugs off our streets.
  • They rescue missing children, lost hunters and walk-away Alzheimer's patients.
  • Are effective at searching buildings and areas for unauthorized persons.
  • Are masters at tracking criminals and searching for Alzheimer's patients, lost children, etc.
  • Can find evidence dropped by fleeing criminals.
  • Pursue and apprehend, with minimum force, criminals fleeing a serious crime.
    Can aid in protection of the Handler.

Since 1995 we have raised over $200,000 with every penny going to the training, purchase and support of the police dogs. We are a 100% non profit with NO PAID STAFF. We have the only nationally accredited police K9 training site in New England. Our trainers are nationally recognized.
