Excellence in Annual Report Awards

The Excellence in Annual Report Awards provides recognition for municipalities for exceptional public documents. NHMA honors the top three winners in each of six town population categories and one city category at the NHMA Annual Conference in November. Municipal Volunteer of the Year Awards

The Municipal Volunteer of the Year Awards annually honors a select group of New Hampshire residents for tireless and dedicated community service. Each summer, municipal officials are invited to nominate one local volunteer for this award. Awardees are honored at NHMA's Annual Conference. John B. Andrews Scholarship Fund

Applications for the John B. Andrews Scholarship Fund are annually welcomed from children of New Hampshire municipal, school, county and village district employees and officials of any unit of local government that is a New Hampshire Municipal Association member or participant in LGC services. A minimum of 10 scholarships in the amount of $750 each are awarded statewide every spring. Scholarship applicants must be high school students in their senior year. Funding is raised through independent donations; one scholarship is generously funded by the New Hampshire Government Finance Officers Association.
