By-Law Committee

The By-Law Committee is responsible for receiving and processing all requests for changes to the by-laws and/or constitution of the organization. When a change is received, their first charge is to make sure that the proposed change does not violate any other provision of the constitution or by-laws. Once this test is completed, the by-law committee makes sure that the proposed amendment is properly processed with the secretary for proper notification to all members in sufficient time for reading at the next regular meeting.
