The purpose of the Association and the benefits of joining are:
To strengthen the quality of public human resources and labor relations of local government entities in NH through continuing
education, communications such as list serves, and the publication
of newsletters, publications and other works of interest in the field of public personnel and labor relations;
To be an educational and research organization for the benefit of public human resources of NH counties, school districts, cities,
towns and village districts;
To provide public human resource administrators the opportunity to exchange ideas, to consult with one another, and to meet with persons in, or associated with, public human resource administration and labor relations, through face to face interaction and through the organization’s listserv;
To serve as an information resource for executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government to facilitate communications with other related organizations; and
To recognize persons who have made significant contributions to human resource administration.
