ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:
Increasingly HR professionals are called upon to coach and mentor organizational leaders and employees through challenging situations, times of uncertainty and periods of organizational change.  Understanding and utilizing key concepts and strategies for effective coaching have become essential skills for the HR leader in the public sector.

Our speaker will familiarize attendees with the skills necessary for effective coaching and introduce case studies to help illustrate scenarios you may encounter.
