Roll Call:
Chair Diers called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

Pierce Rigrod - NHDES:
Pierce Rigrod, a planner from the Source Water Protection Group at NH Department of Environmental Services spoke to the committee about a new emphasis from DES on planning around source water areas. NHDES will be looking at exiting protection measures.

Pierce also discussed an upcoming workshop on May 12 at DES on Source Water Protection. This annual event is targeted for planners and water suppliers. There was a discussion on potential topics which included stormwater, MTBE issues, road salt, and LID. It was suggested that Pierce send to the NHPA Executive Committee a draft list of potential topics for feedback.

Other Agenda Items:
Due to the low attendance at the meeting, the other agenda items were tabled until the next meeting.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be February 24 at 9:00 a.m. at CNHRPC.
