Of Plans and Planners - Winter 2009 New Resource Available: The Office of Energy and Planning has released their draft Model Small Wind Energy Systems Technical Bulletin relative to model municipal ordinances for the construction of small wind energy systems as a result of HB310. NH planners are on the move and staying busy. The NRPC and Planning Consultant Bruce Mayberry have relocated offices. As of September 29th NRPC will be in their new offices at 9 Executive Park Drive, Suite 201 in Merrimack, NH and Bruce Mayberry moved to the office campus at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Maine over the summer. Paine formerly of CLD Engineers, recently started his own Environmental Planning firm, Tidewater Environmental Planning, LLC, that offers NEPA environmental documentation for municipally managed NHDOT (and other State or Federal) projects, project permitting, and GIS graphic production.
