Benefits Overview

As a New Hampshire school, municipal, or county government employee, you’ll see many advantages with LGC HealthTrust. With comprehensive coverage and a unique health management program, we make it easy for you to take care of yourself and your loved ones. We travel to your location to provide guidance and health education. We research and answer questions about your coverage. Real people monitor your claims and make certain your concerns are heard.

While your exact benefit options depend on the choices your employer makes, our programs are administered by many of the region’s premiere healthcare organizations, including:

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield – Visit website to find a doctor and access Customer Care or Member Log In web section for password-protected claims and benefits information.

Delta Dental – Visit website to register for accessing claims history information, search a Provider Directory and more; select "Delta Premier" for plan type.

CVS/Caremark – Visit website to register for accessing prescription drug history and medication specifics, ordering refills and more.

EyeMed Vision Care – Visit website for eyewear discounts and participating providers; under "Locate a Provider" section, select "Access" and enter your zip code.

And, as long as at least 75 percent of your group continues to obtain medical coverage through LGC HealthTrust and you meet certain guidelines, you can take comfort knowing you’ll have coverage available through LGC HealthTrust in your retirement years.

Healthcare Reform

Value-Added Coverage

For value-added coverage, LGC HealthTrust offers all medical subscribers the EyeMed Vision Care discount program.

We also offer Transition Care and Survivor Care plans as LGC HealthTrust’s “thank you” to New Hampshire’s public safety personnel in recognition of their risks and sacrifices. These plans allow us to continue providing medical/dental benefits to covered family members if a covered enrollee dies while an active employee.
