Member Consent to Settle
We realize from vast experience that the most successful claims resolutions are reached through a cooperative effort with members. The LGC PLT's unique member consent provision underscores our firm commitment to a "members first" philosophy.
Members of the LGC's PLT faced with third-party claims felt to be frivolous can opt for a veto settlement of the claim and bring it to court—for all lines of liability protection. Members are kept informed of their file's status and are always encouraged to remain involved in the entire claims process.
